• selected products can be purchased by transfer to a bank account or in cash against an accounting document;
• in the case of payment in a foreign currency, the exchange rate is converted into the domestic currency in accordance with the conditions and recommendations of the CNB;
• a reasonable deposit is required for the purchase price;
• if necessary or desired by the customer, the purchased goods are transported to the address specified by the buyer or his authorized person;
• transport costs are determined by the tariff of the selected carrier, unless otherwise specified in agreement with the seller and the buyer;
• packaging is included in the price of the product;
• part of the handover protocol is a certificate of acquisition and nature of the Galerie Funkce product;
• the seller reserves the right to change the conditions of sale or transport in case of reasons worthy of special consideration;
