Antonín Heythum (1901-1956)

Architect and interior designer. In 1938 he traveled to the USA to take part in the preparation of the Czech House for the World's Fair in New York and then settled there. He worked as a consultant for HG Knoll and Bell Geddes. In 1948 he became Professor of Industrial Design at the University of Syracuse.
